Shipping will be by USPS media mail (4-7 days, longer during heavy mail periods). 

Rush Domestic Shipping and Handling Rush shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail. Normal delivery time is 3-5 days.  Cost is $9.50 per book. A tracking number will be provided.
