This GP 40 locomotive is fully operational and is ready to
run. It is running off of 24 volt 300 AMP 4QD controller. It is 1.5
scale and runs on 7.5 gauge track. Includes operating air brakes, head lights,
ditch lights, marker lights, on board charging system, custom installation of
an authentic sound system, and it's highly detailed. I can pull 20 cars up 4%
grades. It will out pull any gasoline powered locomotive in speed, torque, and
acceleration. It last ran three weeks ago and is fully charged ready to run
and pull any load up steep grades and can maneuver on less than 20% radius
curves. This scratch built twenty year old locomotive has just been totally
custom rebuilt. It features steel wheels, steel chassis, steel shell, trucks
are cast aluminum but steel reinforced in the past two years. I am including a
second speed controller as an extra and instructions on where everything is
located and how to maintain the locomotive. Must sell due to health problem
and high medical cost.
