The above has bad spelling, all capital letters, wants it for his house (yeah, right) and he used yahoo.uk.com for his email.
The one below also had bad spelling and poor capitalization. When you write back, you will see the scam. It's the standard "over-payment", keep the extra $$$ but quick, send me money for the shipping. His check will be a bank check or casher's check. FAKE of course.

Look for poorly constructed sentences, anything from Nigeria or Romania, people buying via a broker and using improper capitalizations.
